I had a change of pace over the weekend, once work was over we headed out to the dam for some fun exercise - and I mean fun - I spent most of Sunday morning laughing as I hung onto the donut as I was pulled around the dam. Not my usual walk/jog or bike ride - but wow it was fun and thank goodness I wasn't sore the next day. Anything to do with water is great fun especially when the days have been so hot.
I also have walked everyday over the past couple of weeks - I really do enjoyed my walk/jog - it is always a great time to clear your head and plan the day ahead - I am sure I have heaps more energy if I get up and go for a walk before I do anything else for the day.
One thing I have been doing laterly is eating alot more vegetarian foods - I love marinated tofu and the sweet chilli vege patties are yummy. I find if I have one of these with salad for lunch I don't seem to get hungry again until late in the afternoon.
Anyway, should be in bed, catching up on my sleep after a couple of restless nights - thanks for dropping by and lets get fit together
