A few weeks back Nicole and I, along with a few other friends were lucky enough to be able a soft cheese making course. We had a great day and loved making the 6 different cheeses. Here are a few of my photos from the day. Since then I have been busy at home making Camembert, Feta and Ricotta. Some of my retreat ladies have sampled my cheeses with their lunches - if you have ever thought about doing a cheese making workshop then I would recommend that you do - I love it and you know the best thing is that I can make my own cheese Lactose Free.
Here is Nicole and I busy at work
The round cheeses are our Camembert and this large square one is Feta.
I promise I will be back tomorrow to share lots more exciting things that have been happening in our lives. Kerry
Wow Kerry, you are a girl of many talents. Bernie has always wanted to make cheese. I will catch up and get the details.

It looks very interesting. Another friend has done a similar course and loved it be warned she said it is very addictive.

Excellent! I see that you and Nicole did your course through the same place I did mine. It's lots of fun and especially good when you can't have standard dairy products as these are harder to find and usually quite pricey. Enjoy!
