Well I am back again - 6 weeks since my last post - lucky for me I haven't been quite that slack at my exercise - although with caring for parents, the festive season and not feeling 100%, I have been a bit slack. Anyway its a new year I am back on track and intend to keep working on my fitness and improving my health and well being. I know I have come along way since this time last year - but also have a long way to go.
