Well the first day of spring and I can feel a renewed bounce in my steps - even thought the sun seems to be hiding behind the clouds again this morning, the last couple of days have been so warm and lovely - that sort of weather really makes you feel like getting out there and doing lots. I am back on track with the walking and I have enjoyed a few quite moments in the garden in between everything else I am trying to fit into my days. I have set my self a small goal to try and shed a couple more kilo's in the next month so here's hoping I can. How are you all going with your exercise - it's only one month now until the pool reopen's so I am looking forward to that first plunge into the cold water.
