Well after being absent from here for a few weeks I really need to explain - last time I set myself a challenge to garden 10 minutes a day for the week, well I did that - even with my busy work load I still managed to garden more then 10 minutes a day, over the week I think I clocked up 4 1/2 hours which I was very happy with and beleive me I used some muscles I obviously hadn't been using walking or jogging. My garden looks better for it - but I could still spend heaps more time if I had it out there pulling out weeds.
Then last week I went down to Tassie to teach, so we squeezed in a few gorgeous bush walks. But I think the best exercise I had last week was dancing non stop for over 2 hours to Tim McCraw in Sydney - fantastic show and great dancing music.
I am really missing the routine of my 45 minute walk/jog each day, so hopefully with the weather on my side, and the longer days I can get back into it again plus the pool opens in a bit over a week so I am really looking forward to that.
