Raining here this morning but I still went for my walk, I have been making sure I do something everyday, even if it is only a 20 minute jog. Wow I feel so go, exercise is really so good for the brain, the heart and the soul. If you don't exercise try it, I am sure you will feel heaps more alive and happier.
Sunday Nicole and I took part in the Mothers Day Classic Fun Run down on the Central Coast - in aid of Breast Cancer. To think that a few months back there would have been no way I could have run the 4 ks. We were both thrilled with our efforts. And to make things even better the scales went down another kilo this morning. The shop is always very busy for the next 5 months, thats if it can get any busier- but I am determined I going to continue walking/jogging nearly everyday. Hope everyone is enjoying the colder weather and making time for themselves.
Believe it or not I have managed to walk every day this past week, even with my large retreat last week. This morning I walked as usual, then this afternoon Sebastian and I sliiped over and played a quick 4 holes of golf before dark - how good was it out there on the golf course - it was so gorgeous looking back over Nundle with the sun shinning on the hills and the incredible colours of the Autumn trees - it feels so good to be out there enjoying myself and excercising at the same time. How has your week been??
This Sunday is Mothers Day and Nicole and I are going to take part in the "Mothers Day Classic - fun run which is held each year to raise money for Breast Cancer - we were going to run in Sydney but now have decide to take part in the one held on the Central Coast at Long Jetty - stay tuned for my report on how we went next week.
